The full title is actually Anatomy and Habitat of Jonah's Speckled Deep Sea Serpent Presented and Preserved by the Aquatic Sniggler Society.    Beautiful, handmade comic/zine/art book self published by Daria Tessler in 2009.  In addition to the lovely detailed drawings, the book is written in code.    Wonderful booklet.
